3) “Date of Commencement” is the date indicating User’s acceptance of the service application.
4) “Date of Termination” is the expiry date in the termination notice or letter or the supposed end date of services.
5) “Magicgates.com” is the Company’s internet website or mobile application at www.magicgates.com.
6) “My Subscriptions” contains periodic information and descriptions of Services for the User provided by the Company in writing or on the website Magicgates.com.
7) “Registration Data” is the database of particulars and information supplied by the User on initial application and subscription, including the User’s name, telephone number, mailing address, account, and email address.
8) “User” includes Subscribers/Advertisers and Browsers/Visitors, as individuals or corporate subscribers for the Services. “User” or “You” also includes anyone accessing or availing the Services for hosting, publishing, sharing, listing, transacting, viewing, displaying, or uploading information or views.
9) Words referring to masculine include the feminine, and singular includes plural, vice versa as context admits or requires. Words importing persons include individuals, bodies corporate, and unincorporated.
Terms:
These Terms shall continue to form a valid and binding contract between the Parties and shall continue to be in full force and effect till the User continues to access the Site and avails the Services provided by the Company.

2) Discover properties via Magicgates.com and its internet links.
3) Advertise in group publications through www.magicgates.com.
4) Advertise on Magicgates.com.
5) Send ads and promotional messages via emails and messages.
Services can be purchased through various payment methods, governed by specific sale policies like subscription fees, payment, refund, and cancellation policies.
