Chairman Ajoy Mehta emphasized MahaRERA’s commitment to completing projects on time and protecting investors. An active Micro Monitoring Cell oversees ongoing projects, and Quarterly Progress Reports (QPR) identify timeline issues. MahaRERA enforces thorough scrutiny in Legal, Financial, and Technical aspects during registration to prevent delays. The three-tiered scrutiny process ensures promoters disclose legal disputes, project encumbrances, and deviations from RERA agreements. Mehta highlighted MahaRERA’s strong dedication to ensuring projects adhere to stipulated timelines. Additionally, MahaRERA prioritizes investor protection and transparency.
